My expertise lies in debtor work filing Chapter 7 and 13, with a few Chapter 11’s, and I am well-versed in estate planning, including the establishment of wills and trusts.

My courtroom experience includes motion practice, jury trial, and bench trial where I have acted as the lead attorney on cases. In addition to my legal practice, I volunteer at the Bankruptcy Clinic in San Ramon, where I help clients navigate complex legal issues.
