Attorney Suzanne R. Attorney Sayward has been a member of the Massachusetts Chapter of the National Academy of Elder Law Attorneys since the 1990’s and served on the Board of Directors for many years. She also served as the Chapter’s President in 2009 and received both the Outstanding Chapter Member award and Most Valuable Member award. She is also active with the Massachusetts Forum of Estate Planning Attorneys, Inc. where she served as a member of the Board of Directors for many years and as president of the organization in 2013.

Attorney Sayward received her undergraduate degree from Boston University, and her J.D. from Suffolk University, where she was a published member of the Law Review. She contributes a newspaper column on estate planning and elder law issues to the Dedham Transcript on a regular basis. Attorney Sayward has been named to Boston Magazine’s annual list of “Massachusetts Super Lawyers” for the years 2010 through 2021.

Attorney Sayward lives in an empty nest in Franklin with her husband Kevin. When she is not busy helping her clients with their Wills and inheritance planning, Attorney Sayward enjoys cheering on the Patriots, traveling (when we’re not in a pandemic), and trying out new restaurants with her husband.
