Lon Lutz has practiced law in northwest Ohio since 1980. He is admitted to practice before the Ohio Supreme Court and all Ohio Courts, and before federal Courts including the US District, Northern District of Ohio, US Sixth Circuit Court of Appeals, and the US Supreme Court. He taught Estate Planning and Charitable Gift Planning at Duke University while serving as Executive Director of the Greensboro (NC) College Foundation. He was a founding member of Wealthcounsil, LLC, a national organization devoted to teaching the tools and techniques of effective trust and estate planning to attorneys and other professionals. Mr. Lutz devotes his time and energy to helping his clients design, implement, and execute effective estate plans. Mr. Lutz’s several publications include Nursing Home Planning: The Ultimate Family Guide, and Protect Your Loved Ones, Your Money, and Your Privacy: Study Guide and Workbook (available at Amazon.com).
