Keith D. Miller is an experienced, and equally dedicated, Polk County attorney. A Bartow native, his practice areas include guardianship, probate, probate litigation, wills, trusts, and estate planning. He has been instrumental in helping our clients resolve issues involving family & elder issues in all facets such as guardianships, guardian advocacy for developmentally disabled adults, probate and litigated will and trust issues. A retired Lieutenant-Colonel of Infantry in the U.S. Army, reserve and active duty, Attorney Keith Miller graduated from The Army War College, The Command and General Staff College and other army schools. Before joining our firm in 2000, he served as an assistant state prosecutor. He also served as an arbitrator for the Superior Court of King County, Washington, as well as Judge Pro-Tem and Magistratefor the County Courts of King County, Washington, in addition to maintaining a law practice in Washington State.
He is licensed to practice in all Florida State Courts. Attorney Keith Miller and his wife Christine have four children. An active member of his community and church, he has also served as president of the Peace River Country Club and was an associate professor at Webber College. He has also served on various municipal and community boards, and he is proud to be a Master of the Willson American Inns of Court.
