Becky Cholewka is the founder and managing attorney of Cholewka Law—a law firm that specializes in estate planning and non-contested probate in Gilbert. She realized the importance of estate planning when her dad died when she was only 19. Through the years she has seen the benefits of great planning, and the nightmare of poor planning. She is passionate about protecting clients and their families and helping them stay out of court.

Becky is from a small California cattle town and is proud to actively involved in our local community. She currently serves on the Power Ranch HOA Board and the Rock Point Church Guest Services Team. She has also served as the President of the Small Business Alliance, Mercy Gilbert Hospital Patient Advisory Council and the Mariposa Point Assisted Living Advisory Board. She also loves public speaking (unlike most people!) and is a national speaker and educator for other estate planning attorneys, financial planners and tax professionals.

Becky and her husband have been married 30+ years and have lived in California, Ohio, and Arizona and have called Gilbert “home” since 2004. She enjoys eating at Sushi restaurants with her teenage son Will —yes, she is an estate planning attorney with a son named Will! Becky likes traveling (especially to any beach or federal park) and rooting for Cleveland sports teams that sadly rarely win. She is also a bit obsessed with watching action movies and taking naps—simultaneously, on occasion.
