Brian graduated from Davie County High School in 1990, earned a Bachelor of Arts degree from the University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill in 1994 and his Juris Doctor degree from Wake Forest University Law School in 1999. Prior to forming Fleming & Williams Law with Tammy Fleming, he was a partner at Martin & Van Hoy, LLP, for over 20 years.
