Brandon Culter’s practice emphasizes estate and business planning and administration. He advises clients on a broad spectrum of planning matters, including issues related to educational savings vehicles, guardians, stock options, disability, retirement plans, asset protection, dispositive provisions, business formation, business succession and gift, estate and generation-skipping tax matters. Brandon focuses on working together with clients and their other professional advisors to build plans that meet or exceed both the client’s needs and goals.

Brandon frequently gives talks on estate planning issues for benefit of the public and other professionals. He has had articles published in the Denver Business Journal and the Colorado Lawyer. He has also a contributed to the Colorado Estate Planning Forms book, commonly known as “The Orange Book.” The Orange Book is a collection of forms for wills, trusts, powers of attorney and related documents for use by Colorado attorneys.

Brandon attended Colorado State University (B.A., 1988); and the University of Tulsa (J.D., 1993). He is a member of the Denver and Colorado Bar Associations, the Rocky Mountain Estate Planning Council and the Trust and Estate Section of the Colorado Bar Association.
