Brian advises and represents clients in a broad variety of civil matters, including real estate, business and non-profit law, and estate planning and administration. He also advises clients on matters of harassment and defamation, including one case in which he successfully sued one of the largest media corporations in the United States.

Brian’s primary area of focus is in community association law, and he serves as general counsel to numerous condominiums and HOAs throughout Southeastern Pennsylvania.  Brian often appears in court on behalf of his community association clients, and he has been recognized by the Community Associations Institute with the distinction of “Educated Business Partner.”

“This is an area,” he says “where many different fields of law often converge. Community Associations need legal counsel in all kinds of situations; whether it involves governance, collections, resolution of a contract dispute, accusations of discrimination, or even if they have been the victim of a crime.  It requires familiarity with a range of areas because any kind of legal situation can arise on any day. It’s both exciting and unpredictable.”

Outside of the office, Brian enjoys spending time with his family. He is active with humanitarian causes and serves on the Board of the Delaware Valley Chapter of the American Red Cross, where he also served as their inaugural Board Chairman.
