Brian M. Radke is a lifelong resident of Northern Illinois, having grown up and attended high school in Lake County. Brian attended Northern Illinois University and graduated with a B.A. in Political Science with a minor in History.
After receiving his Bachelor’s Degree from Northern Illinois University, Brian worked in the mortgage industry until he decided to attend law school. While earning his Juris Doctor (JD) degree from The John Marshall Law School in Chicago, IL, Brian worked under the supervision of highly qualified legal professionals.
After completing his first year of law school, Brian accepted a legal internship to serve as a law clerk for a Circuit Court Judge in the criminal felony division of the 11th Judicial Circuit in Miami, Florida. Here Brian observed criminal felony court proceedings and researched numerous issues in criminal law. Brian also drafted numerous briefs, memoranda and proposed orders.
During his second year of law school, Brian accepted a law clerk position in a Chicago law firm that concentrated exclusively in matrimonial and family law. Here Brian gained valuable experience drafting family law pleadings, researching family law issues and working with clients. Upon his graduation from law school, Brian continued to work as an attorney for the firm.
In 2009, Brian decided to take the valuable legal skills gained in law school and from his experienced and knowledgeable employers and open his own firm. At the Law Offices of Brian M. Radke, Brian concentrates his practice in the areas of Chicago family law, civil litigation and child support. Brian believes in aggressive and personal service for a reasonable fee.
Brian has represented clients from all walks of life including white collar workers, blue collar workers, executives, managers, doctors, other lawyers, truck drivers, construction workers, traders, accountants, business owners, servers, stay at home mothers, the self-employed and many others.
