Prior to relocation to Florida in 2001, Mr. Marsala practiced in New York and New Jersey for almost 10 years. He is a graduate of Indiana University, where he received a Bachelor of Science Degree in Business. He received his J.D. from the New York Law School in 1991.

He is also an active member of the Florida Bar Real Property Probate and Trust Law Section and the Collier County Bar Association. Mr. Marsala currently serves on the Board of Directors for the Florida Gulf Coast University Eagles Club where, among other duties, he works directly with the athletic director and staff to raise funds for FGCU’s Athletic Program.
