Tanya Sobol Keating focuses her transactional practice on general business, real estate and commercial matters in a variety of industries. With respect to the real estate industry, Ms. Keating represents clients in all aspects of commercial and residential transactions, including acquisition, development, financing, and management. She has extensive experience in title and survey review and providing closing assistance. She also counsels both landlords and tenants in the preparation and negotiation of office, retail, and industrial leases. She enjoys counseling real estate brokers on brokerage law issues and has advised brokerage firms on the preparation and update of policies and procedures manuals.

Ms. Keating has also represented developers in the creation of common interest communities and counsels homeowners associations on the operation and governance of such communities, including compliance with the Colorado Common Interest Community Act and corporate law. Additionally, she counsels clients on a variety of commercial contracts, choice of entity and entity formation, mergers and acquisitions, and corporate governance. Ms. Keating also has experience with oil and gas operations including preparing and negotiating the terms of master service agreements and drilling contracts. Finally, she has estate planning experience and prepares comprehensive estate plans for her clients. When she is not practicing law, Tanya enjoys spending time outdoors with her family pursuing activities such as hiking, snowboarding, and surfing.
