Mr. Hinden and our law firm represent in excess of one hundred manufactured home community owners and managers, providing legal services of every type and manner associated with all elements of the ownership and operation of a Manufactured Housing Community, including community purchase and sale and refinance transactions and closings, resolving and litigating community-wide disputes including meeting and mediating with homeowners’ associations and Chapter 723 landlord-tenant matters of every type and variety. After decades of Mr. Hinden coaching and teaching kids in a variety of sports and activities, Mr. Hinden is now involved with the arts and charitable organizations. Mr. Hinden attended the United States Naval Academy, University of Florida, and Nova Southeastern University law school.
