BIOGRAPHY
Cheryl David is the founder of Law Offices of Cheryl David. She is a Nationally Board-Certified Estate Planning Attorney with the NAEPC, and she has over 30 years of legal experience, helping and teaching people how to protect their families when it comes to Estate Planning, Elder Law, and Probate.
By helping clients organize their plans, and providing them with solutions, both before and after problems occur, Cheryl helps families protect themselves and their loved ones from the unnecessary confusion, prolonged court involvement, and the unfathomable expenses often associated with getting sick or passing away. By planning and seeking help when it’s needed, from people who know what they’re doing, you can save your family from much of the confusion, hurt, and expense that occurs when you don’t obtain the right advice and know-how.
Cheryl was drawn to the legal profession from her earliest memories, and she jokingly calls law, “a family problem”. Her grandfather, Bill, was a lawyer, her father, Jerry, was a lawyer, her uncle, Ronald, is a lawyer, three of her cousins, Neil, Alan, and Lee are lawyers and two of her three children practice law. Her daughter, Blaire practices with Cheryl, and her son, Jake, is a music attorney in California. Jennie, Cheryl’s youngest daughter, is an information engineer. Cheryl says that someone had to branch out, but Jennie really didn’t fall too far from the nest, because, in Cheryl’s mind, all attorneys are really information engineers. Cheryl is married to her sweetheart Mark, and you guessed it, Mark works with Cheryl and Blaire at the office.
