The firm was founded by Joseph G. Soliz, a native Texan and 1979 Harvard Law School graduate. We are based in the Galleria area in Southwest Houston, Texas. The firm maintains a general corporate, business and commercial law practice, with an emphasis on oil & gas and commercial real estate related matters.  Our firm’s client base is diverse. We represent a number of small and midsize businesses, as well as individuals and large corporate clients, in a variety of business sectors. We have represented start-up companies, non-profit organizations and governmental authorities. Our client list includes both international clients and U.S. based domestic clients, and we handle domestic as well as international matters.
