Emily B. Kile is a graduate of the Northeastern School of Law in Boston, Massachusetts. She graduated Magna Cum Laude and Phi Beta Kappa from the University of Colorado, Boulder and holds a master’s degree in Psychology from Boston College.  She is a member of the National Academy of Elder Law Attorneys (NAELA), past President of the Arizona Chapter (2008), and a member of the Academy of Special Needs Planners, the Special Needs Alliance, and the American College of Trust and Estate Counsel (ACTEC).  Emily has been licensed to practice law since 1993 and is currently licensed in the state of Arizona. She practices in the areas of estate planning, guardianship & conservatorship, ALTCS planning, probate & trust administration and special needs planning.

Emily’s niece, Marisa, has Down Syndrome; this allows Emily some insight into issues faced by people with special needs and their families.
