Kevin Ryan has been assisting businesses and individuals in the suburban Philadelphia area for over thirty years.

Kevin assists in the administration of estates in Chester County and throughout southeastern PA. He frequently conducts seminars on the use of living trusts and asset protection trusts to protect his client’s assets, and creates those trusts to benefit his clients.

Kevin counsels owners and managers of businesses of all sizes on concerns such as entity formation, commercial transactions, non-competition agreements, employee termination, taxation and health care issues. He represents businesses in sales and acquisitions and contract negotiations. He has assisted many business owners in preserving and transferring the value of their business through careful business succession planning.

Kevin regularly represents clients on federal and state tax matters and appears before the I.R.S., tax court and federal district court on tax disputes. He obtained his bachelor’s, J.D., and L.L.M. degrees from Villanova University, and has been named a Philadelphia area Super Lawyer and Top Main Line Attorney. Kevin is a certified AAA mediator and arbitrator.
