Molly’s practice focuses on matters related to finance and lending, real estate, small businesses, estate planning and homeowners’ associations. Molly regularly assists clients with deeds and easements, commercial leasing, sales,  purchases and development, landlord-tenant matters, community association covenant interpretation and debt collection efforts, small businesses contract, employment and dispute needs and individual and family estate planning. Molly represents national and regional lenders, real estate owners and developers, local and national business owners, residential and commercial landlords, homeowners’ associations and entrepreneurs. She is admitted to practice law in the Commonwealth of Virginia and is a member of the Virginia State Bar and the Fredericksburg Area Bar Association. She is a member and director of the Rotary Club of the Rappahannock-Fredericksburg and also serves on the Board of Directors of the Central Virginia Housing Coalition (Vice President), the Friends of the Rappahannock, Fredericksburg SPCA and The Lloyd F. Moss Free Clinic. Molly has been recognized as a “Rising Star” in the Virginia Super Lawyers’ publication.

Molly received her law degree from The University of Dayton School of Law (Cum Laude) in 2013 where she was a Dean’s Scholar and completed her law degree in only two years. During law school, she earned recognition for her skills in alternative dispute resolution, civil trial practice and ethics. Molly served as a summer law clerk at the United States Court of Appeals for Veterans Claims for the Honorable Judge Lawrence B. Hagel. After graduation, Molly began her career practicing commercial real estate law in Fredericksburg before gaining experience as a finance attorney in Richmond before joining the firm in 2016.

Before law school Molly worked as a newspaper reporter and editor earning numerous accolades for her breaking news and business news coverage. She graduated from the Pulliam School of Journalism at Franklin College (Cum Laude) with a Bachelor of Arts Degree in 2006. During her time at Franklin, she served as the editor of the student newspaper and played varsity tennis.
