David J. Whitcomb is the founder/owner of Whitcomb Law Firm, P.C.  Mr. Whitcomb is a graduate of Canandaigua Academy (1995) and obtained his law degree from the Catholic University of America, Columbus School of Law (2007).  Mr. Whitcomb focuses his practice on real estate (transactions, contracts, leases, and evictions), lending, estate planning and probate and business entity formation. Mr. Whitcomb believes in personal representation and focusing on each client’s needs and giving them personalized attention to obtain the best possible outcome regardless of the type of matter.  In addition to his law practice, Mr. Whitcomb is the Assistant City Court Judge for the City of Canandaigua where he handles civil and criminal matters, including evictions for the city court.  Other highlights of Mr. Whitcomb’s career include:

Mr. Whitcomb was also recently spotlighted in the news after purchasing a building in historic downtown Geneva, New York, where he discovered a hidden 100 year old attic that contained a treasure trove of photographs, portraits and photography equipment from the renowned photographer J.E. Hale, including a portrait of famed suffragist Susan B. Anthony.
