Firm Summary

Cameron Loh is the founder and owner of Cameron Loh, ESQ PLLC, which is located in Englewood, Florida. He established the law firm in 2018, to provide legal services for estate planning and probate to residents in Charlotte County, Sarasota County, and the surrounding areas.

Cameron has lived in Florida since 2010, when he moved to the state from Indiana to attend law school. After graduating from law school and passing the Florida bar, he worked as a corporate lawyer for five years.

While Cameron enjoyed corporate transactional practice, he decided that opening his own firm would provide him with the opportunity to help individual clients with matters that are critically important in their lives. He enjoys talking with people and helping them navigate the legal landscape, so private practice made more sense than continuing in the corporate world. His business background and corporate experience prepared him well for running his own firm.

Cameron takes a very personal, hands-on approach in his practice. He provides the highest level of service to every client. He takes the time to get to know the client and understand all their circumstances and goals. Cameron prefers to meet with clients face-to-face rather than virtually, because meeting with the client provides a better foundation for forming a solid relationship from the very beginning. When a client’s situation doesn’t enable them to visit the office, Cameron can accommodate the client by meeting at the client’s home or in the facility where the client resides.

In his estate planning practice, Cameron works closely with the client to determine the most appropriate approach for the client’s estate plan. While almost everyone needs a last will and testament and powers of attorney in their estate plan, some individuals benefit from including a trust in their plan. Cameron provides only services that a client actually needs and does not upsell unnecessary services to clients.

In providing probate, estate administration, and trust administration services, Cameron’s primary concern is carrying as much of the burden as possible throughout the process. His goal is to enable a family who lost a loved one to focus on the bereavement process, rather than worrying about completing required legal steps to administer the estate.

For all services provided by the firm, Cameron and the firm’s administrative staff ensure that every detail in legal documents is accurate and complete before the documents are presented to the client for signing. He also personally reviews all the details in documents with the client, to make certain that the client fully understands what they are signing before they execute the legal documents.

Cameron lives in Port Charlotte, near the Englewood border. His leisure interests include cars and computers, as well as watching movies and TV. He also enjoys visiting with his sisters, who live in Florida as well.
