Ashley Day founded her own practice in 2019 to further pursue her passion for helping individuals with specific care needs. Before law school, Ashley taught high school students in special education and worked as a sales representative and district manager with Pfizer, Inc. In each of these roles, she witnessed the strenuous circumstances faced by parents, guardians, and caregivers every day when it came to caring for their loved ones and journeying through difficult circumstances without the right plan in place or legal counsel to help guide and advocate for them. That’s when she felt called to pursue a career in a role that would allow her to dedicate her time to helping these individuals and families.

Education

Ashley graduated from Centenary College in Shreveport, Louisiana, with a Bachelor of Arts in English. In 2010, she received her Juris Doctorate and Health Law Certificate from the St. Louis University School of Law, where she also pursued her Masters in Public Health Policy.  Ashley is a member of the Alabama State Bar Association, the Illinois State Bar Association, the Mobile Bar Association, the Baldwin County Bar Association, and the Christian Legal Society.

At Ashley Day Law, LLC, Ashley utilizes her education and vast experience to provide clients with a range of legal planning services, all of which revolve around solving issues related to aging and disability.
