Firm Summary
I was born and grew up in Lake Arrowhead, California. After high school, I worked for the Forest Service as a Hot Shot Firefighter, fighting large wildland fires. This in part enabled me to earn my bachelor’s degree from the University of Redlands in 2006. I went on to earn my law degree from Southwestern Law School in 2009. While in law school, I graduated near the top of my class, and I served as the editor in chief of the Southwestern Law Review. At the same time, I competed on the moot court team and received several oral advocacy awards, including semi-finalist at the Wagner Moot Court Competition in New York City.
As far as legal experience is concerned, I worked at the Pentagon for the Air Force. I then worked at a boutique plaintiff’s firm, where I represented thousands of consumers and homeowners in complex, construction-defect litigation. During this time, I also prosecuted criminal cases in the City of Inglewood through the prestigious Los Angeles County Trial Advocacy Program. After that, I opened the West Coast office for the prestigious New York law firm, Levy Phillips & Konigsberg, LLP. In this position, I focused on representing plaintiffs in asbestos and mesothelioma litigation.
I am currently admitted to practice law in California, the United States District Courts for the Eastern and Southern Districts of California, and the Ninth Circuit Court of Appeals.
I have now established my own law practice, which concentrates on estate planning because I truly enjoy this area of law. Thankfully, I created a complete estate plan for my parents before my father passed away. This allowed my family to avoid the hardship of probate and estate taxes during an already difficult time. I want to help others assemble their estate plans that will help them do the same, while catering to their specific needs.
