Frank R. Campisano is an experienced New Jersey elder law and employment law attorney. Frank also has broad litigation experience in matters of employment discrimination, wrongful termination, union-management relations, non-compete agreements and ERISA liability litigation on behalf of employers and employees. Mr. Campisano provides counsel to employers and employees in discrimination matters, wage and hour issues, prevailing wage issues and employment termination agreements. He also assists employers in the formulation and implementation of employment policies.
