My practice includes estate planning, probate, business, and municipal work. The scope of my practice has ranged from drafting simple wills and contracts to the formation of an international foundation. I am typically engaged to draft wills and family trusts and to create LLCs, corporations, and nonprofit entities. I have experience in residential construction, remodeling, and residential rental property investing. I have litigated in civil court, criminal court, probate court, and assisted with litigation in state appellate court and the Supreme Court of Ohio.

An analytical problem-solver by nature, I capitalize on my educational background in business, as well as, my “emergency” experiences as a firefighter and paramedic. I have extensive experience resolving emergencies and difficult situations, addressing the legal, financial, and public relations aspects involved. I’m good under pressure, and I know how to manage the small details without losing sight of the overall strategy.

For recreation, I play volleyball, golf, ride my motorcycle, and play with my golden retriever, Buddy.
