Now residing in Simi Valley, as a practicing California Attorney for over 50 years, I have handled a very large variety of legal matters. Currently, I have focused a large amount of my time helping people who are in the process of home foreclosure. I have also handled a large amount of other legal battles such as: laws related to minors (which includes paternity suits, adoptions, guardianships, conservatorships, juvenile court, custody and visitation, including grandparent/significant other visitation rights), traditional dissolution of marriage cases, child support cases, and many other such cases arising out of family situations. I have also handled many immigration, criminal, personal injury, homeowner’s and other insurance loss claims, bankruptcy, landlord tenant issues, and many other types of litigated cases, including business litigation, suits between family members, contractor cases, breach of contract, fraud, and evictions.
